Nava Streit-Raziel
Nava Streit Raziel is an Underwriter and Servicing Associate at Streit Lending, the private mortgage lending business affiliated with the Streit Family. Nava focuses on the underwriting of loan originations and assists with the sourcing and servicing of all bridge loans for the Streit Family. Nava joined her family's business in 2013 after 5 years of public accounting experience in New York City and Washington, DC. Nava spent the first three years of her career as a consultant for Ernst & Young before joining the real estate group of Aronson LLC, a mid-size accounting firm serving the Greater Washington DC Area. At Aronson, Nava specialized in auditing, reviewing and compiling financial statements for homebuilders and developers, commercial and residential rental real estate, construction, and mortgage lenders with combined revenues in excess of $200 million.
Nava has a Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude, in Accounting from Yeshiva University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Virginia.
