Mary Streit

​

Mary Streit is co-chair of the Streit Family’s Loan Committee and oversees all accounting, tax, legal and compliance functions that relate to the Streit Family’s real estate business.  Mrs. Streit has over 30 years of experience in bridge lending and real estate investing and has amassed a large portfolio of bridge loans and real estate investments.  Mrs. Streit began her real estate career at Kenneth Leventhal & Company in the early Seventies and rose to Tax Partner in charge of the Los Angeles Office’s Tax Department.  She stepped down to work full-time in the family business in the early Nineties.  In addition to her full-time job at Kenneth Leventhal & Company, Mrs. Streit co-founded the Streit Family’s real estate business in the late 1970s together with her husband.​



Mrs. Streit has a Bachelor of the Arts in Economics from UCLA and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
